Our Pastoral Positions page lists current opportunities for ministry within the North Carolina Free Will Baptists. We encourage those who feel called to pastoral service to prayerfully consider these openings and apply as the Lord leads. We also invite everyone to join us in praying for these churches and for God to raise up faithful leaders to serve and guide His people.

Below you’ll find a list of ministry opportunities across North Carolina, including roles for Pastors, Associate Pastors, Youth Pastors, Music Ministers, and other church leadership positions. Each listing below will list the Church name, City, and FWB Association of the Church.

Pray for the Position — Seek the Lord’s will and discern if He is calling you to serve in this role.
